A standardized visual tracking system that lets staff see where a patient is in their care pathway — without verbal communication. Bottlenecks are spotted quickly, handovers stay seamless, and multi-unit visits remain coordinated.

Auto vs. Manual Updates — Some status changes happen automatically when you complete an action (e.g., entering vital signs may trigger Waiting). Others, like Sent for Diagnostic, require manual selection.
