• Formal Competency Assessment Framework: Develop structured digital competency checklists for all staff categories to standardize and monitor CCMS usage skills.
• Continuous System Refinement: Optimize templates, workflows, and analytics dashboards based on user feedback and audit requirements.
• Expansion of Digital Records: Digitize wound care documentation, procedure photographs, and physiotherapy assessments for holistic and secure patient records.
